1999: Openasia group was founded with headquarters based in Hongkong
2000: Openasia Heavy Equipment was founded, providing equipment in the field of mining and construction industries
2002: Omvest (Openasia Development) was founded
2007: Tam Son International Company was set up to bring the most prestigious fashion brand-names in Europe to Vietnam
2008: STS, an IT company was purchased
2009: Vinaconnect, a cooperation between STS and Openasia’s consultant group was established
2011: Thien Hong company, specializing in production of lacquerware was acquired
2012: Openasia became the biggest shareholder of Thanh Tan company and created Alba brand
2013: Hanoia’s lacquer workshop was opened in Hanoi
2014: Openasia acquired Press Club and renovated Alba hotel boutique chain
2016: Opal Vietnam was established, providing marketing and event management services
2016: The first Hanoia flagship boutique was opened in Hanoi
