Hanoia proudly unveils its new flagship store at 12 Ly Dao Thanh, Hoan Kiem, Hanoi — where timeless charm meets modern spirit, creating a destination for those who cherish beauty and the art of craftsmanship.
Hanoia Press Club opens the door to a captivating world of Vietnamese lacquer art, from deeply traditional creations to pieces infused with contemporary flair. At Hanoia, the beauty of artisanal masterpieces is not only to be admired, but also to be felt and experienced in the most intimate way.

August 2025 marks a new chapter at Hanoia Press Club. More than just a store, it is a story about a journey through the essence of Vietnamese lacquer art, told in its most complete and heartfelt form. Located on Ly Dao Thanh Street, Hanoia stands at the intersection of Hanoi’s rich history and vibrant culture, where traditional craftsmanship is honored and the brand’s contemporary vision continues to evolve. From this very spot, one can feel the spirit of old Hanoi — the “36 guild streets,” once the heart of artisan communities and craft guilds. At the same time, one can witness a capital city in transformation, expanding with the unique architectural imprints of French-Indochinese heritage.
With the touch of G8A Architects — a globally recognized architectural studio, this space becomes a love letter to art, marking a unique intersection on Hanoi’s cultural map. Every detail speaks to the soul of a brand that has been crafting its identity since 1997. From the very façade, Hanoia captivates art lovers with a monumental red brick mural, arranged in the style of traditional luu ly ceramics. Each brick is shaped from the letter “H,” a subtle fusion of local heritage and modern aesthetics. As dusk falls, the Hanoia logo glows softly, illuminating hundreds of red tiles in harmony with a symphony of light designed by renowned Swiss artist Étienne Gillabert — whose work has graced Hermès, Balenciaga, and Van Cleef & Arpels, composing a romantic cultural signature.

Every architectural detail reflects a seamless blend of heritage and modernity. The Hanoia Press Club space carries a distinctly Vietnamese identity, yet remains ever-evolving, much like the city outside its glass windows: ancient, yet vibrant. Here, every piece of art, from accessories to fine jewelry, is thoughtfully curated and allowed to shine in its most perfect setting to date.
Beyond its main display area, Hanoia invites guests into a world of experience and discovery. A dedicated corner allows visitors to witness, and gently touch the journey of lacquer craftsmanship firsthand. For the first time in nearly two decades, Hanoia unveils the “secrets” behind the making of its creations: each step, each tool, like tiny notes composing a symphony of beauty. This miniature workshop not only reveals the meticulous artistry of Vietnamese lacquer masters, but also serves as a quiet reflection on Hanoia’s journey – a story of craftsmanship, creativity, and cultural pride shared with the world.

“Hanoia Press Club is a refreshing highlight for those who cannot resist their curiosity, constantly seeking meaning beyond the tangible,” shared a Hanoia representative. “Its design language, distilled from the brand’s product aesthetics and Vietnamese identity, whispers a quiet message to the refined sensibilities of our audience.”
Hanoia Press Club has ignited an emotionally rich artistic space in the heart of the capital, a place where beauty lovers can not only admire, but also touch and truly feel each creation. This journey of spreading beauty will soon arrive in another city, carrying Hanoia’s signature spirit of creativity, bringing art closer to every soul.
