Through various internal trainings held at subsidiaries’ level, employees will learn how to share information to others, how to listen to others and will gain new skills to keep up and grow.
Coaching for success
Selected employees will be offered one-on-one coaching to help them understand themselves, identify their personal strengths and weaknesses, set their career goals and the plan to reach them with expert guidance.
The Hero Talk
Every employee will have the chance to learn from “heroes” of subsidiaries through inspirational work-related topics. These talks will be held once a month and will be live streaming to reach a larger audience.
Go green
To encourage employees to live sustainably, this program gathers all CSR initiatives of subsidiaries at all levels: individual, organization and society.
