At Openasia, every employee is encouraged to learn and develop. We provide them ongoing mechanism to enhance their skills and knowledge that can lead to mastery of their current jobs, promotions and transfers to new or different positions.
Through various internal trainings held at subsidiaries’ level, employees will learn how to share information to others, how to listen to others and will gain new skills to keep up and grow.
Selected employees will be offered one-on-one coaching to help them understand themselves, identify their personal strengths and weaknesses, gain better awareness of organization behavior, set their career goals and the plan to reach them with expert guidance.
Every employee will have the chance to learn from “heroes” of subsidiaries through inspirational work-related topics. These talks will be held once a month and will be live streaming to reach a larger audience.
To encourage employees to live sustainably, this program gathers all CSR initiatives of subsidiaries at all levels: individual, organization and society.
