VACHERON CONSTANTIN OPENS A STORE AT A LUXURIOUS SHOPPING MALL IN THE HEART OF HANOI

Vacheron Constantin, the world’s oldest watchmaker with over 260 years of uninterrupted history, opens a brand new shopping and display space in Hanoi in partnership with Tam Son International Co., Ltd.

The new Vacheron Constantin store in Hanoi has an elegant design and is constructed with rare materials imported from Italy, with black veneer wood, light-colored carpets and leather as the main theme, showing a luxurious space which follows exactly the brand’s design rules. This exclusive space allows collectors and watchmakers to admire unique timepieces in a classy and respectful manner.

At the new Vacheron Constantin space in Hanoi, customers can explore all of the brand’s classic collections such as Patrimony, Traditionnelle, Harmony and Malte for men and women. They can also admire watches with sophisticated features such as the Overseas World Time, which allow time to be seen in 37 cities, with Hallmark of Geneva quality certification and three interchangeable straps. The exchange ensures comfort and distinct style from time to time.

This is a new chapter in the longstanding relationship that has been developed between Vacheron Constantin and Vietnam since the late 19th century. Vietnamese collectors took the first orders from Vacheron Constantin in 1888, looking to achieve exact timing and quality.

“We are delighted to announce the partnership with Tam Son International Co., Ltd and the opening of the Vacheron Constantin space in Hanoi. The partnership sets a milestone in our strategy of developing and strengthening retail systems in Southeast Asia. Vacheron Constantin is committed to providing customers around the world with perfect time machines with the highest quality of service. We are now able to bring this to our Hanoi customers,” said Yassin Tag, Managing Director of Vacheron Constantin East Asia and Australia.

“With the mission of bringing European-class values to Vietnam, Tam Son proudly shook hands with Vacheron Constantin, the oldest watchmaker in the world. Inspired by history, artistry and exclusivity, we hope that the new Vacheron Constantin space in Hanoi has the opportunity to welcome and nurture the deep passion of Vietnamese customers with the spirit of Switzerland conveyed in these temporal masterpieces. ‘Always do well if possible, and that’s always possible’ – we will continue this excellent slogan of Francois Constantin since 1819 in Vietnam,” said Mr. Christian de Ruty, Co-Founder of Tam Son International Co. Ltd.

During the launch from 24th July to 7th August 2017, customers have the opportunity to admire the range of 6 high-complication products of Vacheron Constantin including Traditionelle Caliber 2253, Traditionelle 14-day Tourbillon, Malte Tourbillon, Traditionelle Chronograph Perpeptual Calendar and Traditionelle Openworked.

In particular, the Traditionelle Caliber 2253 is an extremely rare combination of the most advanced functions in the world of haute horlogerie watches including: tourbillon, perpetual calendar, time equation, sunrise and sunset display with a 2-week power reserve. Estimated retail price of this product is up to 12 billion.
